Tattoo Bookings

I understand that all requests are first screened by a receptionist before being forwarded to the artist for review. 

Not all requests will be forwarded if they are not inline with the artists style or preference.

Booking are only done through a third party should the client need assistance in filling in this form ( translator etc) 

Successful completion of this form will place you on the waitlist for review- reviews are done every 3 months when books open and are available. 

Due to high demand, booking places are very limited. Only serious applicants need apply. 

By sending this enquiry I understand Jess is a professional working artist, and therefore has the right to freedom of expression within the design process.  Your reference pictures will be used as inspiration only.
